Research is fundamental in our process and forms the backbone of every creative project. Understanding the client, the market, the competition, as well as the needs and motives of the customer.
However, research will only tell us what exists and what is known. The difference between good and great brands is the leap of faith, or as Sir John Hegarty says, taking the intelligence and turning it into ‘magic’.
